Ingredients
  • 3.5oz cooked shrimp
  • 1-2 tomatoes depending on size
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1T parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • Tabasco sauceoptional.
Instructions
  1. Chop shrimp or place in food processor. Combine shrimp with parsley, lemon juice and salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate 30 min – 1 hour. Cut of top of tomato and scoop out inside. Fill with shrimp mixture and top with Tabasco if desired.
