Ingredients
- 3.5 oz cooked shrimp
- 1-2 tomatoes depending on size
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 T parsley
- salt and pepper
- Tabasco sauce optional.

Instructions
- Chop shrimp or place in food processor. Combine shrimp with parsley, lemon juice and salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate 30 min – 1 hour. Cut of top of tomato and scoop out inside. Fill with shrimp mixture and top with Tabasco if desired.
