Sena is passionate about restoring the overall health of her patients through the use of natural medicine and believes in treating the body as a whole.

At Carolina Integrative Medicine, Dr. Duffy creates a partnership with her patients providing comprehensive care with a focus on Integrative Medicine. Integrative medicine combines the treatment and therapies of both conventional care as well as alternative medicine to provide the most comprehensive treatment for her patients.
In the fall of 2011, Dr. Duffy opened Carolina Integrative Medicine in Clemson, SC. She has treated hundreds of patients, women and men, who have a desire and commitment to improving their quality of life.

Sena Morris, APRN, MSN, NP-C
Sena grew up in the upstate of South Carolina and graduated from Clemson University with a Masters in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Sena is certified through and a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Sena has worked as a Critical Care Nurse at Oconee Medical Center and a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Nurse at AnMed Health. She has also spent some time as a travel nurse in those areas.
Dr. Duffy grew up in Boulder, Colorado and graduated from Texas Lutheran University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry. She attended the University Of Texas School Of Medicine in San Antonio earning her medical degree in 2003 and chose to continue her education at the Seneca Lakes Family Medicine Residency Program in South Carolina. In her final year of residency, Dr. Duffy was recognized by the Upstate AHEC during their celebration of Women in Medicine Month as “an outstanding role model for women in medicine”.
